What does a revision include?

One round of changes to the original brief: scene styling, on-screen wording, timing, or voice delivery. A different product, new script or new creative direction is a new project.

Can I order right now?

Yes. Each package has its own PayPal checkout link. After payment confirmation, prepare your brief in the workspace so the project can be fulfilled.

How are project allowances counted?

Each photo project covers five images; a video project covers one 15-second video; a voice project covers one script of up to 300 words, or 300 Chinese characters. Each project includes one revision. These are project deliverables, not unlimited AI access.

What about samples and delivery times?

Expected turnaround and revision scope are confirmed with your submitted brief after payment.
