Worked example
Ten working days from Monday 26 October 2026 lands on Monday 9 November, crossing two weekends — 14 calendar days for 10 working ones.
Working-day arithmetic is what contracts use: "within 10 business days" is a different deadline from "within 10 days", and the difference is usually a weekend and a holiday.
Holidays are yours to supply
There is no universal holiday list. List the dates that apply to your jurisdiction and your year, one per line, and they are skipped as well as weekends. Without them the result is a weekdays-only count.
