Three habits for new players

Never stop moving.
Your weapons fire on their own. Kiting the swarm in wide arcs keeps you alive longer than standing your ground.

Mine between waves.
Ore is your upgrade fuel. Carve through walls while the swarm thins — resources win runs.

Build around one weapon.
Stack upgrades on a single gun instead of spreading thin. A maxed build clears the boss; three half-built ones do not.

October 7, 2026. The Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 versions follow on October 9, 2026.

Is it multiplayer?

No. Survivor is strictly single-player, unlike the original Deep Rock Galactic which is a four-player co-op shooter.
