What do I need to provide?
Your product name, what it does, who it is for, and the key points you want said. Send a finished script or just bullet points — on the 60s and 90s tiers we write the script from your brief. Product photos or a shop link help us match the visuals.
Can I choose the avatar presenter and voice?
Yes. After you order we send avatar and voice options, and nothing is rendered until you approve the pairing. You can pick a different pairing for each language version.
Do I own the video? Can I use it in ads?
Yes. You receive full commercial usage rights to the delivered video — run it as paid ads, embed it on your landing page, or post it on social. You must have the rights to every logo, image and text you supply for the video.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Every package includes revision rounds (one on Spokesperson 30, two on the higher tiers). Because you approve the avatar and voice before rendering, most issues are caught early. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, contact us and we will make it right.
How does multilingual pricing work?
The Spokesperson 90 tier includes one 90-second video plus a second-language version (Japanese, German, Spanish, Arabic and more). Additional language versions are $99 each on any tier.
How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is 72 hours from brief approval. Need it faster? 24-hour rush delivery is available by quote — mention your deadline when you order.
What we do not make
To keep this service honest and safe, we decline:
- Videos impersonating a real, identifiable person.
- Medical, financial or legal claims — e.g. promises that a product cures, earns or guarantees results.
- Deceptive content: fake reviews, fake endorsements, or misleading before/after claims.
- Content using trademarks, characters or footage you do not own or license.
- Political campaign or lobbying ads.
Digital delivery — no shipping
All packages are virtual products delivered to your email. No address needed. The reply confirms deliverables, revision count, delivery schedule, total price and valid payment instructions. Do not pay from an unverified message or send credentials, private keys or seed phrases.
SERVICE TERMS
Clear handoff and ownership
You receive the agreed files after payment and own the commercial usage rights to the delivered video. You must have permission to use every logo, image and text you supply. Third-party subscriptions and services remain in your own account.
